Meet the UX pro: Aaron VanSchyndel

6 Feb

Aaron was kind enough to visit our class this week. He talked about his job, and what he looks for in a portfolio: THE STORY.

He said it was not enough to show the final product – a good portfolio should tell the entire story of the process you went through to arrive at the final product. From setting goals to user research to sketching, prototyping, and final testing, the portfolio should show how you made decisions and why.

Please look at Aaron’s website and find him on Twitter and Dribble – many of you might be interested in joining Dribble.

What was the most interesting thing you took away from the meeting with Aaron?
